Jag vill uppmärksamma er på problem med Google Cast-implementeringen i nätverksspelaren SL-G700M2. Trots en specifikation på upp till 96 kHz/24-bit sänks alla strömmar till 48 kHz, vilket varken anges i dokumentationen eller motsvarar standarden för en high-end-enhet.

Dessutom fungerar Google Cast inte tillförlitligt med Android-apparna BubbleUPnP och mConnect. Endast filer med en upplösning under 96 kHz strömmas korrekt från Audirvana Studio-appen – ljudet blir märkbart förvrängt med högupplösta filer. Det går inte alls att upprätta någon anslutning med Qobuz-appen.

I would like to draw your attention to issues with the Google Cast implementation in the SL-G700M2 network player. Despite a specification of up to 96 kHz/24-bit, all streams are reduced to 48 kHz, which is neither stated in the documentation nor meets the standards of a high-end device.

In addition, Google Cast does not work reliably with the BubbleUPnP and mConnect Android apps. Only files with a resolution below 96 kHz are streamed correctly from the Audirvana Studio app – the sound is noticeably distorted with high-res files. No connection can be established at all with the Qobuz app.

Saknar Apple Music-integration i Technics-appen men AirPlay fungerar bra.
Appen buggar lite men är lätt att använda.

Manque une intégration Apple Music à l’application Technics mais AirPlay ok.
Appli bug un peu mais aisée d’utilisation.
